Orders For Collection
If you wish to place an order for collection, you can do so by selecting 'Collection' from the drop down menu on delivery options.
Your order can be collected from our address at:
F2 Medical Supplies
11 Midland Street
(You will find us located opposite the Phoenix centre entrance)
Collections can be made anytime Monday - Friday, between 9:00am - 17:00pm*
*Excluding any public holidays or closure dates. Opening times may differ over holiday periods, please contact us to find out more if you are unsure.
Please use the door buzzer and intercom when you arrive, we will take the details required and have your order prepared at the door for you. We can then simply buzz you in, and you can collect your order.
If you are coming to collect an order from us, please bring with you the following information:
- Your Order Number / Invoice Reference
- The Contact Name Provided On The Order
