Next Day Delivery

MAINLAND UK: We operate a next working day delivery service with a cut off time of 4.00 PM for orders to receive a next working day delivery. This service is provided as standard delivery for all regular 1 day service delivery zones (Excludes NI, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and any two-day + service areas).

Our warehouse operates to despatch all orders received in full, wherever possible, prior to 4:00pm that same day (Mon-Friday. Excludes holiday closures). Next working day delivery is used whenever possible, as standard delivery service. Please note F2 Medical Supplies are not responsible for courier delays or failed deliveries. Under normal circumstances couriers will attempt delivery twice before returning any items to sender if unable to deliver successfully. Please check tracking links provided or contact the courier regarding delivery options. If you need help with a delivery or have any issues please call our team as soon as possible on 0116 319 1182.

For most of mainland UK we charge a delivery cost of just £5.00 (before VAT) but if the order is £60+ (before VAT) then delivery is FREE.

Local Deliveries for Account Holders: We can provide a local delivery service to the majority of addresses in and around Central – South Leicester. LE1, LE2, LE5 (S/W), LE18, LE19.  This is available to those with an active Purchase Order account. The delivery cost is £5.00 (before VAT) but is provided for FREE on orders with a value of £50+ (Pre VAT). We aim to have local deliveries out on the same day for orders placed before 12:00 otherwise this will be next working day.

Outside Mainland UK Delivery

IRELAND: For orders to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland we operate an express courier service which delivers within 2 – 5 working days. For this service we charge a delivery cost of £15.00 (before VAT). for Northern Ireland and €30.00 for Republic of Ireland.

Delivery Zones

• F2 Medical Supplies offer free next day delivery to the majority of mainland UK for orders over £60 before VAT (exceptions include Northern Ireland and Northern Scotland).
• F2 may be required to contact you regarding the shipping costs and arrangements if your order falls outside of the suitability for a standard courier service. Please note that if further funds or arrangements are required for delivery of goods, F2 may withhold the order until this has been received. In this instance, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund for your order.

• We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours with exceptions to orders placed at the weekend or bank holidays which are dispatched on the next working day. 

Delivered Goods

• Please note, you must inform F2 Medical Supplies of any shortages / missing items within 5 days from receiving your delivery. 
• You must inform F2 Medical Supplies of any faulty or damaged items within 10 days from receipt of goods. 
• You must inform / return any items to F2 Medical Supplies within 30 days from receipt of goods, in a resalable condition, subject to our return Terms and Conditions.
