X-Ray Imaging Magnetic Phosphor Plate – Size 1

Composed of: Phosphorescent Layer,  Plastic Base Layer, Protective Film, and Specification Printed Film.

Ensure barrier envelope is used with use of plate. To prolong the life, avoid touching the phosphorescent surface or press hard.

When using a positioning holder, ensure clips are opened and closed correctly, avoid pulling the plate out of any holder to avoid damage.

Do not bend the plate excessively. Plate is flexible but cannot be bent in an extreme manner or breakage may occur.

Specification film may wrinkle (This can also be removed and does not impact the use of the plate)

CLEANING:

Use an alcohol based solution to gently wipe dry with a lint free cloth.  Do not expose to water or organic solvents.

Details:

Main component is phosphate alkaline earth compound, using professional spraying equipment to ensure that 0.1 grams of nano-level light-stimulated phosphor particles are evenly coated on PET plastic sheets with a thickness of 3um.

The plate is Medical grade, and independently sealed, with sealed edge and positioner symbol and magnetic disc.
